Once you receive your ring, you have 90 days to return or exchange it. The ring must be unworn and in its original condition.
Each package includes a form with detailed instructions on how to return or exchange the ring, as well as a ring sizer to facilitate easy exchanges.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note, only the first exchange is free; after that, a $20 restocking fee will apply.

Its perfect it got here 2 days after ordering. The ring box is inside of a presentation box and theres a rinf sizer and a silicone rinf as an extra. It is absolutely perfect. Husband loves it. Perfextbwidth, perfect weight. Im tellinf everyone about this. Better than hisnoriginal ring he lost 23 years ago.
I ordered this ring for my husband. We were estimating his ring size and sadly ended up being a little off. Fortunately, there was a card in the box that makes exchanging super easy - AND there was a ring sizer included! We will be taking the package back to the post office in a couple of days, and we are already looking forward to getting the correct size! It's a beautiful ring!
