Refund policy
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after you receive your ring to return it. This may not apply to custom rings, so please ask before ordering.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You don't need to contact us for returns! Every package includes an instruction form for you to fill out. Please include this form in your return package and ensure the name on the order is visible either on the outside or inside of the package.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs when returning the ring.
Please note, priority shipping and expedited shipping will not be refunded if an item is returned. Only the product will be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). If a ring uses material you provided, it can't be returned or resized. Some styles of custom rings can't be returned our resized so please reach out to see if a custom ring can be returned before purchasing.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
We know that shopping for rings online can be challenging! That's why we provide an exchange form and a complimentary ring sizer with every order. Simply use the ring sizer, fill out the form with your new ring size, and send it back to us. We'll exchange the rings and send you the new size.
The customer is responsible for shipping the ring back.
Please note, only the first exchange is free. After that, a $20 restocking fee will apply.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
