Q: What type of materials are your ring cores?

A: Most of our rings are made from Tungsten or Black Ceramic because of their durability and scratch resistance. We do have some rings made from Cobalt and Titanium. To get a better understanding of our ring cores, please read our blog which can be found HERE

Q: How do I find my ring size?

A: Please see our ring sizing page for more information by clicking HERE

Q: Can the ring be returned or resized?

A: Yes, the ring can be returned or exchanged for a different size within 90 days. The engraving fee is non-refundable. If you would like the new ring to be engraved, the engraving fee must be purchased again. 

Q: How do I return or exchange my ring?

A: A form is included in the package, just fill out this form and following the shipping instructions on the back.

Q: Where are you located?

A: We are located just outside of Vancouver Washington in a small town called Brush Prairie! All rings ship from Brush Prairie and usually arrive within 5-7 business days anywhere in the USA!

Q: How long does it take the ring to arrive?

A: Our processing time is 1-3 days and then depending on the shipping selected the ring will arrive in 2-7 days.
