About Our Mission

GoodRings is a family-owned business. Back in 2019, I was working in finance for a large public company when I was diagnosed with cancer. During treatment, I had a lot of time to think, and I decided I wanted to build something of my own.

From the start, I had two goals: take care of people the right way, and give back in a meaningful way. That’s how GoodRings got started. The name originally came from my last name, Gooding—but over time it turned into something more. Now it stands for what we believe in: GoodRings – Rings That Do Good.

As we grew, we started asking a bigger question—how can we actually make an impact?

That’s what led us to malaria.

Malaria kills over 600,000 people every year, and around 70–80% of those deaths are children under 5. The hard part is… it’s preventable. Something as simple as a mosquito net can cut the risk in half, and access to medication can be the difference between life and death.

So we built that into what we do.

Every ring sold helps protect a life. We donate a mosquito net and fund treatment for someone in need with every purchase.

It’s a small thing on its own—but together, it adds up to something real.
