Once you receive your ring, you have 90 days to return or exchange it. The ring must be unworn and in its original condition.
Each package includes a form with detailed instructions on how to return or exchange the ring, as well as a ring sizer to facilitate easy exchanges.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note, only the first exchange is free; after that, a $20 restocking fee will apply.

The ring itself is a fantastic quality, exactly as described! Good Rings was also very communicative. Our postal carrier marked the ring as delivered there was no package that day. When I contacted Good Rings about this, Steve replied almost immediately and advised that the postal carrier has done this several times to their customers and to not worry. Steve told me to inform him if it did not show up the next day, but just as he said it did show up! I would absolutely order from Good Rings again!
This ring was great and came in so fast! It included a free silicone band for my husband and ring sizer.
