Refunds
Engraved rings can be returned for free, but the engraving is non-refundable. You will receive a full refund on the ring purchase but not the engraving service.
Exchanges
Engraved rings can be exchanged for another size; however, another ring engraving will need to be purchased if you want the new ring to be engraved.
Engraved Materials
Our rings come in tungsten, ceramic and plated metals. Tungsten and ceramic rings will be engraved to where the color is the same as the band. Plated metal rings (black tungsten) will show white text against the black ring. Rose gold rings will show white against the rose gold
